Great company to rent a car from!!
Charlie cars was a fantastic value compared to competitors near the airport.. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only things that kept this rating below 5 star was due to the proof of insurance they required. I had to call my insurance company and request a copy of the policy to be emailed to me when I was there in order to not have to pay an extra $250 for Charlie cars insurance. It was a headache I've never had to deal with at any other rental agency. Otherwise, all good!
Did not use the easy pass and felt a refund should have been issued.
It was great
I rent every year from Charlie. Usually it’s difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when I call for shuttle, then shuttle takes a while to arrive. This time was opposite and I was pleased with that. Overall, a good value for a standard vehicle.
