When I reserve the car online my quote was a $197 for 9 days. When I got there at 4:00 a.m. in the morning there telling me 500 dolkar charge then they would refund $150 making the rental $336. It was late and I had no choice but to pay. I really wish they would have honored the "that was originally established quote online.
Not a fan of the sand policy.

I had a great experience. Based on the positive reviews, I chose Charlie and wasn't disappointed. Rates and additional fees were all posted, so there were no surprises. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the photo images they sent of the scratches we found on the car before I took it off the lot. Their prices are comparable to other providers, but I have to say the service was excellent. Thank you!
