They’re great because of their location and quickness getting you out the door!
It’s my second time with Charlie Car Rental, great experience so far and affordable prices.
The vehicle I received was a surprisingly old gray Nissan hatchback. There was no USB socket and no bluetooth connection. The windows can only be rolled up or down by rolling the craft, not by power. Car doors need to be opened or closed using the mechanical key, not by wireless control. There are holes on the carpets in the front seats. While the tag of the car key shows the car was manufactured in year 2018, I would think it was before 2005. Very disappointed.

I always use Charlies traveling back and forth to the island. The shuttle (van) service is very convenient and I never have to wait on them to pick me up. The cars are always great and I never have problems. Everyone that works there is super friendly (and bilingual, which is helpful for me). I love Charlies!
I have used Charlie's Car Rental numerous times going back and forth to the island. Everyone that works there is always very friendly. The vans are always out front at the airport, I rarely wait and if I do, it's only a few minutes. I like that I can travel around the island and there are Charlie's in other places in case I have a problem with the car. Charlie's is really the best.

I’ve been renting cars from Charlie for several years and Ivy had very good experience, great costumer service no complaints at all I will definitely recommend
