The car smelled of gasoline on and off while we were ion the road.
Rental agency was very close to where we were staying, making it very convenient to rent the vehicle and return it. Representative gave us good information about our travels and using the toll roads.
I made an online reservation for an 8 am pickup and the location did not open until 9. Then I was told that they were waiting on the cars to arrive from San Juan.
Really good service and great friendly staff
It was very busy the day we dropped off the car, and drop off clerk was very grumpy and rude. This was not the first time; we've been renting for 8 years.

It is my favorite car rental company and the one I always choose every time I go on vacations to Puerto Rico. I tried a different company just one time and it was a really bad experience, I will always keep using Charlie's car rental. Just one thing, on my last visit, I waited like 30 to 40 minutes on a 3 person line. There might be a glitch that you can improve the check in process, maybe a pre check-in by phone or email or an app, is just an idea.
The staff wasn't very friendly nor helpful.
