Good car rental experience
The staff were extremely professional and helpful. I only had issues with the insurance and ended up paying more than I expected for liability and damages. Otherwise, it was an excellent rental.

Easy pickup from the airport- our shuttle driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gave us some tips on different foods and places to go. I’m glad we were supporting a local business and getting the service we expected from a national chain.

Plan on a little extra time for check in but drop off was a breeze. Staff was friendly.
Had to wait >30 minutes at the airport for shuttle, then spent 45 minutes at the main office to get the car. Although I had my US car insurance and it says Puerto Rico is covered but the staff at office said only BIG insurances like Progressive are valid and others are not. I denied there expensive insurance offer and drive at my own risk (any accidents could cause me a lot). Office is very small and have to keep luggage outside because of that
