I picked Charlie Car Rental in San Juan (PR) because of its proximity to the airport to reduce shuttle times, unfortunately it took one hour (!) and three phone calls for the shuttle to arrive! To me this is not acceptable! Other than that the car we got was nice, they honored the original price quoted and did not try to oversell insurance.

I was not informed of the rewards hopper program even though I rent from them often. I found out after I dropped off the car and told I could not include reservation at that point. Very bad treatment to loyal clients
