Seamless process and excellent customer service. So much better than a national chain
My entire experience was seriously amazing. The staff were super helpful (they helped me extend my reservation for a day at no extra cost!) and the car was in good shape. The entire process was super easy and straightforward (pick-up, filling everything out, return). Their instructions on their website make it very clear what you need to prepare before you get to PR. and they are easy to get a hold of! Would 100% recommend and use again.
