I waited 25 minutes to be picked up. Could of walked It in 10
It took 1 hour to rent the car There were only two people in front of me l had to return the car in 6 hours earlier so I would not miss my flight.

The closed Condado location should be taken off the website or at least described as temporarily closed until it is reopened. I had to pay for an Uber because it is being remodeled and the website made it seem like it was open.
Its been the best car rental place i have dealt with.
This was my 3rd time renting with Charlie and the 3 times there has always been a hidden charge.
It was a great experience, I"ll recommend Charlies Car Rental services to anyone.
