Always a great experience!
Add staff to the office. There was only one person working the counter and they had 4 people waiting for cars. The person did a great job, but there should have been a second person at the counter. It took over a half-hour to rent the car.

Upon checking in because I was using a debit card even though I have full coverage on my personal vehicle I was charged for an extra insurance. I rented from Charlie numerous times and this was the first time that i was charged this insurance. I was on a limited budget and being charged this fee was not expected. So I will be checking other rental companies before I choose Charlie.
The staff was great as they have every time we have rented from them. We have recommended them to friends and family that travel to Puerto Rico.
The staff was great and help us very quickly, the car was a little bit dirty but it was raining so it was ok. I will be renting from them again

I think the major problem from this agency is the cost of the “AutoExpreso” because if you are going to use it only two times, it costs you over $20, but all the other aspects of the car rental were good.
