First I was assigned a car that was smashed on the front. The agent was rude when I told him I didn’t want that car, yes I was firmed but not disrespectful. He assigned me another car that was in good condition but was dirty. It was obvious that no one had actually cleaned it. I took it because O was tired, frustrated and not feeling well. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. At that moment I thought I wouldn’t want to rent from Charlie again. My husband cleaned the car in and out,
Always use Charlie Car when in Puerto Rico, the staff is friendly, I highly recommend using them.
Wasn't impressed with the location, way to buy traffic wise, and small company space for such a high volume of customers. Everything else was good.

Please check the car I rented, the tire hazard light kept going on and off. I did tell a young man ( I think he was a driver)but he was nonchalant about it. He said they will check the light it might be a lose sensor.
The original vehicle I requested was not comfortable at all and Charlie Rental was very understanding and helpful and therefore they accommodated us with another vehicle that was very satisfy and the different in price was not a big deal.
The car I received had dents everwhere, a broken headlight cover ulin the front. The front bumper was held to the car with screws. The shocks absorbers were almost none existent. My husband suffered during that week of rental. As he has back surgery and a car with that problem on the streets of Puerto Rico should not be on the road as a rental car.
The entire process was smooth. Staff is professional courteous and kind.
