Always a great experience, even at 3am.
Experience was great and the fact that was open 24 hr a day was even better because our flight was at 2:20 am n needed to drop the car very early in the morning.

When I opened the car it had a strong marijuana odor. the inside was not properly cleaned. the tires were muddy. I asked the person inspecting it and she did not respond to my comments or questions. The wipers were bad. the front window would freeze and I had to have the wipers on all the time. the front pasenger tire had an air leak. The Charlie sign attached to the car let everyone know that I was a tourist. I told the attendant all this when returning the car. he did not write down.
Very friendly and honest staff. Service very reliable.
