We were help by a lady that had just started her shift and was very upbeat and helpful, the car was clean and full of fuel. The return process was as smooth as the pick up eventhough it was at 2am, all the staff member that we dealt with were great. We will rent from them again

My rate was 226.97, but my total was 376.97, which did not include the 150.00 hold. I was charged a series of other services and taxes per day and that was not explained to me. I was only informed about the pre-paid toll.
