I have been a customer of Charlie Auto Car Rental for years now and I must say that the Customer Service, Professionalism, and the extra mile to help the customers has always been there # 1 value and priority. This is the best car rental company in Puerto Rico no questions asked. Great Service!!!
I am 24 and so i have to deal with the underage fees and the underage fee was an extra $10 a day. This fee is better than other car rental agencies that generally charge around $20 extra per day for being underage.
I rent my card in Charlie's for many years, and I will be rented ,exelent service I recomend to the the peaple.

I had my father with me who could not walk. A Charlie rep drove us in the car to the rental to keep from shuffling my father anymore than he had to. Eternally grateful for this special service. Thank you, Charlie’s for the outstanding service.
