Exactly what I expected since I did the research beforehand. Most ppl seemed to be upset with additional charges but that is due to their lack of research. Pricing was accurate, the car had no issues, pickup and dropoff were very easy (about 20mn max). Overall good experience.
Excellent sevice
The car I was given first was unacceptable. There were dents on both driver and passenger sides as well as numerous scratches and front bumper was damaged. when I complained, I am glad to say that they immediately offered a different car. I was not thrilled that I had to wait at least 25 minutes for them to “prep” the car, but it was in perfect
condition so I was satisfied
The vehicle that was rented out to me had a very loud crack sound coming from the front end. Driving thru Aibonito and Barranquitas hills was very scary with that sound not knowing if the car was going to fall apart
The employees were extremely helpful
The car is good but it was a little dirty. This is the second time that occurs. It is important to clean the windshield as it interferes with visibility.
