the up grade for an intermedium car was poor, it was like a compac car ; but every other thigs was perfect
The website allowed us to reserve a car at the Condado location which no longer exists. We called and they came to pick us up but the website should be fixed.
Gentleman who took care of us was awesome. He was pleasant funny & sent us to some lovely places along our route. Thanks! We will be back next year!
I have to say I enjoyed the way of Charlie staff service. Everybody was so professional, kindly, they explained to us everything what we needed. Also the whole reservation was so smooth. I would reccommend this car rental to everyone in PR.

Great customer service. Upon arrival at the airport, i called and the shuttle bus picked us up in less than 10 minutes. Car was clean and ready to go. Awesome rates and i will only rent from them whenever I visit Puerto Rico!
The overall experience of renting from Charlie's Rental was truly excellent. The rate was much cheaper than any other rental agency. The service was good. The car was good. The airport shuttle was good. The only complaint I have is against the agent who processed my rental. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he was borderline rude. You would think that someone in customer service would have been more upbeat, cheerful, and welcoming. He made me feel like I was bothering him.
Better payments option on debit cards , not have higher pricing
I have been renting from Charlie's since 1991. That should say something about this place.
