Car was in terrible condition both externally and internally. Takes a bit too long to check out at the Isla Verde office.
The car rented ahould be commisioned. The cR was dirty in and out. Had very noticeable screws holding the bumper. Never had rented a car in this condition.
Staff not friendly car has dents and dirty not included on my paperwork..

Our car got the job done but was a little beat up from previous use. Maybe put a little more TLC into maintaining your vehicles. Otherwise, shuttle service was great, customer service was prompt and friendly.
