The people at Charlie car rental in Isla Verde PR are very nice and always greet costumer with a great smile.
People were all very courteous and great customer attention.
It's great that they have detailed information regarding insurance and other fees on the website. You know exactly what to expect when you rent here.
Good experience but the vehicle did have small damages from before. Also did see a cockroach in the car which was an unpleasant experience
