I have been renting from Charlie for years now and would not go to any of the larger car rental agencies on the Island under any circumstances. I always refer Charlie to friends and family when they ask me about renting a car in Puerto Rico. Both in San Juan and Aguadilla.

the initial car we got had a bad smell in it when I told the agent at the desk he switched immediately. The next car was in far worse condition almost like if it had just been returned, our flight had been delayed for 2 hours, we were tired so we took the car that way cause I honestly didn’t have the energy to go back and forth. I suggest these cars are all checked thoroughly prior to renting them out. I was really disappointed :(

Charlie car rental is the best at what they do. This is the third time I rent with them and like always they receive you with the smile. Starting with the guys who pick you up at the airport all the way to the people at the office.there fast to didnt have to wait in the office like other car rentals.
Service was great, but for a midrange vehicle, it did not have cruise control. I prefer to use cruise on highway situations. This is the first rental I ever had in this class w/o cruise.

Answer the phone! I had to call several times and it was always tge same--it rang a lot ir no one answered or I was told to call later or call another number. 😖
El empleado que me atendió en el counter ala hora de entrega estaba solo estaba muy busy por poco y pierdo mi vuelo y había gente el la fila y el atendiendo personas en el teléfono
