I was given the car with 3/4 tank of gasoline, and because I was in a hurry I did not think about mentioning something on day one. I returned the car with 3/4 tank exactly, but the employees mentioned that in the computer system it said the car had been delivered with a full tank. It bothered me that the computer had the wrong information and it made me believe that employees do this on purpose to then overcharge for the gasoline at car return. Very upsetting because of the principle.
2nd time renting a car and had a great experience in noth ocasions. Definitely I will rent again with them
Right front tire was Low on air
El carro tenia muchos pelos de Gatos en todos los asientos el dash estaba muy sucio, las Alhambra y el asiento del pasajero tenia goma de mascar pegados. El empleado que hizo el papel de evaluacion No lo completo solo lo firmo y lo dejo en blanco el carro no tenia la gasolina completa solo un cuarto de tanque y nosotros se lo tuvimos que llenar por que asi lo exigen.El carro le tuvimos que poner agua en los limpia vidrios y limpiar por dentro y en el baul estaba muy sucio.Demoraron en recogernos
