Best place to rent from in Puerto Rico...
Mejor lugar para rental su automobile en Puerto Rico
It would have been good to know if my insurance covered the rental. I had to pay for insurance because I could not contact my insurance. The office hours were over.
Charlies Car Rental was nice & the process was quick because it's online-in person, it didn't take any more than 15 minutes for the paperwork. The only downfall I had was with the price doubling when my flight was delayed. I picked up the car 2 hours later. I also changed my returning flight because of the political protests causing closures of the main roads but, they wouldn't give me some money back even though the car would be there a day earlier. Essentially, making more off of the same car.
Siempre regreso con ellos porque son los mejores en el mercado. Me encanta su servicio y lo recomiendo a todos los que visiten nuestra isla. Y a mis clientes.

They were very helpful & even gave us a ride back to our hotel after we returned the car.
What more can I say??? The service here is ALWAYS impeccable. For this rental, I was more than taken care of. Leslie (Aguadilla/ Soon also Rincon Branch) was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, I could go on and on. She went above and beyond to help. And Jose (the President)? wow... did more for me than I could have expected. To both, I say thank you! from the bottom of my heart. :-)
