The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable however the car I was given had a break light out and I didn’t realize til almost a hour later while on the road. Luckily another driver was able to notify me at which time I called and returned the car for another, however I was inconvenienced and had to drive back to exchange the car and almost missed my excursion for the day, certainly didn’t have time to get or pack a lunch. Think it’s definitely something that should be inspected daily
They were very helpful and I would return for another rental.
Everything went very smooth. However, we found that my rental had a huge bubble in the tire upon heading to the vehicle. They immediately changed my rental after I notified them before we could even drive it. I only suggest that they are more careful with checking the rentals because that could have been a potentially dangerous situation had we not noticed. This was my second time renting with Charlie’s and it was still a great experience regardless. Very easy and I will be renting again.
