Our car got the job done but was a little beat up from previous use. Maybe put a little more TLC into maintaining your vehicles. Otherwise, shuttle service was great, customer service was prompt and friendly.

Price was very reasonable - allowed us to return earlier than I had originally booked. Frequent shuttle to airport. We had a Mitsubishi mirage and only concern is the tires were extremely small - similar to spare tire on all 4 wheels so the car was delicate on bumps but it got the job done for a drive from Isla Verde to El Yunque.
The staff was extremely quick and efficient. Both rental and return went very smoothly. The deposit charged to my credit card was refunded within 3 business days as promised and there were no erroneous charges.
Im so glad I rented from here because all the other rental companies have bad reviews and I didn't have any issues with Charlie rental.
