Every time I visit Puerto Rico I rent from Charlie’s Car Rental. They are reasonably priced and their customer service and my experience with them throughout the years have been as I expected.
very good car rental experience. unfortunately the car rental rates in PR are very high but i assume one of the major reasons are the terrible roads
I had reserved a car online well in advance. However, I had to wait over 20 minutes after I completed and paid for the reservation onsite to get the car while others immediately walked out into theirs. I almost missed my excursion
No power windows or locks in car. Otherwise perfect.
We almost always use Charlie on our regular visits to Puerto Rico.

Charlie staff is friendly. Knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever customer needs. I use charlie whenever i am in PR to visit family because rates are reasonable and i always tell friends!
