When I called from airport to be picked up no one answered the phone and I called a taxi cab to take me to Charlie’s rental to pick up the rental car other than that the service is great
Overall, it was a good experience. Upon arrival I had to call 3 times to get picked up. Car needed alignment as it kept pulling to the side which I think it’s common with road conditions in PR. Staff and customer service were great.

Travel with a wheelchair chair and a senior citizen they made my pickup and drop off at the airport seamless. Airline discount would be a plus but staff was knowledgeable enough to give me what I needed for even better rate than reserved. Would definitely be back!!
Excelent service.
We're upgraded to a much finer vehicle, so twas a beyond expectations experience. The only drawback came with conversation at government office that we'd received bad info about highway usage. That part was like "Aye chihuahua! No me gusta." But the car was not wrecked, no fined incurred, so all hood.
