Long wait at pick up
There was only one person working the office for rentals. I have to wait over 2 hours for a car. Returning was not any better. Again one person working in the Isla Verde Puerto Rico office. I will never ever rent from them again. I also had to wait over an hour for pickup at the airport as well.
Due to the numerous speed bumps on the roads throughout Puerto Rico, and the many places to visit that the roads are not paved; should advise clients an sub or any vehicle that is too low to the road..

Pretty straight forward rental if using a credit card and can provide your insurance information beforehand if you are looking to decline their coverage. Not a significant difference in pricing over renting at the airport but I found the shuttle pick up and dropoff a lot more hassle free than renting at the airport and their cars were truly clean and smoke smell free, unlike the airport's.
