The shuttle service was fast, we didn't have to wait long time at the airport. The service was excellent when completing the paperwork. Returning the car car was fast and easy.
Picked us up from hotel to go get the car and also took us to the airport when dropped off the car. Only suggestion is to rent the car clean. Ours was dirty in the inside. Overall good service.
I rent with Charlie for years - convenient way to exit the airport quickly and begin journey from Isla verde is much better than airport exit onto mayor expressways
I like doing business with a car rental company that is based on the island. Staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the alternative to a daily rate on tolls, but I am not happy that Charlie Car doubled the activation fee from $10 to $20.
The attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful about the insurance laws in Puerto Rico! Thank you, will rent again!

Rental was as expected. Only complaint I had was during the peak hours (when I was returning the car and going to the airport) The workers proceeded to take most of the incoming car rentals and took a longer time with the return line. I would think it should be the opposite was since the folks on the return line have a flight to catch and a harder deadline to keep in comparison with those picking up a rental.
