My overall experience was very positive. The car was good, pick up and return went smooth. The only thing I think needs improvement is the amount of time you have to wait for pick up at the airport. We waited for the shuttle 25-30 since we called the car rental.
Aside from this being the second car I rented that the tire pressure was an issue. Everything else was fine and satisfactory
was not picked up. Walked to rental .
Went with Charlie’s to help local business. Glad I did, staff was friendly and made the rental process very painless. Car was clean and in great shape. Complimentary shuttle to the airport. Would rent again for sure.
The battery died and they gave me a jump start. They also took me to the Airport for free.
A little clearer info about insurance would have helped me save them some time as I had to search for it, but overall great experience!
