I tried many times to reach Manager Mr Clayton, but I was ignored.
I called many times and phone would not be picked up.
I wanted to let them know when returning car to the Condado area , employees just got there told md to go around his car on the sidewalk, asked him to move a little and he did not want and very disrespectfully told me to go around which I did.
Candy back and he was still in the same place. Does not take a genius to realized this guy was stalling me on purpose.

Great experience once again with Charlie Car Rental! The staff was helpful even when they had multiple customers.
