I am very happy with this rental experience. I highly recommend Charlie’s Car Rental.
The total experience from the drivers whom picked me up & left me off at the airport to the reps in the office were very professional and courteous.
Charlie car rental is not knowledgeable about other states license procedures. I went there with a paper license because my license expired 3 days before my trip. Well in Ohio were I’m from they mail your license and in the meantime they’ll let you keep the espires one with a paper temporary one. They just did not rent for me, the guy at the desk was rude about it, when I try to educate him on how Ohio does it. He was arrogant. Had to go to an American company Enterprise who rent me in 10 mi
Everything was great
Overall our experience renting from Charle’s was great! The staff was helpful and worked to get us the best deal possible. We will definitely use Charlie’s again when we visit the island in the future.
Original car was very dirty , needed to upgrade to Nissan Versa ( much better ).
Agent was helpful in accommodating to an upgrade but it took a while .
