Everything was great
Relatively inexpensive and good service.
I had a reservation for a total of $59.00 for 3 days. I ended up paying $198!!! The car they reserved for me was a triage, which means a car with a 3 cylinder transmission, tires with no hubs, a car that should not be rent- able to anyone!! just horrible. When I complained, they upgraded to a more decent car, a Rio, which had multiple scratches and bumps, was dirty on the inside and outside too. It was a total disappointment to rent from Charlie this time. I ended up paying 3 times more!!
Superb experience, we will recommend Charlie to everyone we know traveling to Puerto Rico.

In a previous comment I complained about toll service — but that was incorrect. My mistake was : I thought the cash payment lanes are very short — but they are only short because they do not function anymore on route 66. you must pay with the automatic toll which makes it more worth it !
I've been traveling to Puerto Rico for years and we have not used Charlie on prior trips. Our property manager highly recommended Charlie and we decided to use their company due to convenience and rates. We had the best experience! Their shuttle, service and quality cars are amazing! We will indeed rent from Charlie every time on future trips to Puerto Rico.
