Great service!
I've rented with Charlie's many times before but this time I was most disappointed. The car interior & seats were stained & dirty. I reviewed the Inspection Slip & it failed to detail this particular issue. I called on the service person to see what can be done about it. He tried to clean the seats but the stains wouldn't come off. I pointed out that this problem was not noted on the slip. He then made a note on the slip that the seats were stained.
When we got to Charlie's, there were only 2 cars available; the Nissan Versa, which we rented, and a minivan. During past experiences with Charlie, we've always had cars that had power locks and power windows, Bluetooth for radio, etc. This car drove well, and although it was great on gas, it was super basic. Spending $400 for 7 days, you'd expect something a little more updated than this.

The car should of have better tires , the factory tires are very poor and I was a bit worried since we went far.
Wait to long to get my car rental almost 1.5 hrs.
The vehicle provided was great. Good in gas, roomy, and comfortable. Thanks.
For years i have been renting from Charlie's as i favored them because it was local to the economy. However during my recent trip my priority was to get there for a family 50th anniversary my flights were delayed for over 7 hours most of it on the runway at JFK , Only to arrive in Puerto Rico 5:30am to learn that they at Charlie canceled my reservations and gave tbe car to someone else which left me and my wife stranded with no car and no available rental anywhere else in the airport.
