Charles does a fair and adequate job in renting their vehicles. heir prices are fair and the vehicles are in fine condition, I've never had a mechanical nor any
issue in renting from them or the performance of their cars. I rented several. They've always had the vehicles available and ready to go upon my arrivals. I will continue to rent from they vs he "big name companies" and support the local economy and they wonderful people their.
Got the toll pay option, but for a Saturday didnt seem to need it ! Maybe woukd have been $4 in tolls with little to no backup when i went at 9am and 10pm on Rt 66 to Fajardo and back — paid for 2 days of ‘toll service’ instead and think thats 12 or 14$ total ... easier yes, but didnt need it
I do feel like all the add-on info about extra insurance to buy that they put in the confirm emails is a bit over the top — too much bs and very expensive... rent a car for 25, then pay 40 for insurance? Why would i do that if i have my own insurance. Is this car rental or an insurance company ???!
