Always amazing staff and service, except for my last visit from Apr 13-Apr 23, 2019.(Confirmation Number: MAR_2161430) Staff lady was loud, rude and unprofessional. People like that can hurt businesses.
I always use Charlie Car Rental when traveling to PR. Never had any negative experience with staff until my recent visit from April 13- April 23, 2019. There was a discrepancy between my online quote and what was showing in the system at time of rental. I tried to politely explain the situation and the lady just went loud, rude and unprofessional on me. She argued that "that's what the system is showing" and would not even listen to what I had to say. All the rest of the staff is always amazing.

I expected a car in better condition for the price I paid. It had many dents and scruff Mark's on the outside. The inside had many stains on the inside.
