The employees are very helpful and courteous.
The arrival pick up was great. Once we got to the facility; it’s when I felt uneasy. To have customers visiting your island ti rent a vehicle in the circumstances as you did, would leave a bad taste in my mouth. Waiting outside at 1:30 in the morning with no seats or even a table to sign paperwork us so primitive. This would automatically give me a bad impression of your company and how you do not value your customers. Think of your customers always. They will return
