They have a sort of a bait and switch. My quote was for $300, they doubled that with their required insurance. Had I known this when I received the quote I would have continued shopping around. The person in front of me went from $800 to $1800. The car was damaged on the exterior and smelled of cigarettes. I would never rent again from Charlie.
