I waited almost an hour to be picked up at the airport, and called repeatedly, but otherwise everything was excellent
The front desk was slammed and it took more than an hour to get our rental.
It was a great experience. My first time renting with Charlie Car Rental and I will definitely do it again. No hidden fees, everything super well explained, no wait time for the airport shuttle (in and out), my car was upgrade without any extra charge. I will recommend Charlie to everyone.
