IT TOOK 1/2 HR FOR PICK UP AT AIRPORT......
Our experience was perfectly fine, though it would have been helpful to have had the opportunity to add a second driver to the rental ahead of time, similarly to how we were asked to add our insurance information ahead of time.
I was very satisfied with my rental experience with Charlie's car rental. I was picked up timely. I got a good rate on-line which they honored when I arrived. The car was what I expected. I have already told my mom about Charlies, and I would rent from then in again.

I needed a car at the last minute, I arrived in Puerto Rico without a different car rental place, that company did not acknowledge me. I saw a van "Charlies Car Rental" at the airport asked for help, next few minutes I was wisped away to thier place, I was driving away happy. Highly recommend Charlies car rental. Note: This was right after the big hurricane. I am very impressed with this company.
