We always rent from Charlie and will continue too when we come back to PR
After searching for weeks on hotline, priceline etc. I stumbled across Charlies from Ppl mentioning them in bad reviews of other places, saying how they should have stuck with them. Not only were they the cheapest. Shuttle was at airport waiting for just me and my wife. Checkout took about 10 - 15 minutes. Return was just as fast.
My aunt used them also during our family trip. She had same experience as me. Next time in Puerto Rico I will definitely use Charlies again.

The location of the sgency2was excellent, very close to the high way, very easy to find to return the car. The price in comparison with the airport rental was great. I am very happy I will rent from Charley Rental every time I visit PR.

Before renting,i aleays check different car rental for prices,.i usually travel for 5 weeks,other company ,you could only rent for 30 days.charlies car rental was the cheaper,didn't have any problem renting ,very friendly staff,service.happy with the service they gave me.
Needed a car with a 6 cylinder because of all of the mountains in PR, besides that I was completely satisfied with the service & all of the employees.
