I always rent from Charlie car rental every year i go to Puerto Rico but they should offer deals to loyal costumer
Car was clean inside and out, but inside seems like an old dirty cloth was used and was smelling a little like damp, no big deal for a car freshner. But in general this agency is great. Thank you
Always great service. This time rented a minivan, it was not in the best conditions.
This rental was too expensive and vehicle had issues such as bad tires,bad wipers,poor suspension,no cruise control.
Quick service with great rental prices
There are still some areas where stoplights aren't working and road signs are gone. Driving can be a challenge on the islsnd right noe.
I have rented from Charlie for many years, but this time I thought the car I rented was very old because no wheels rims. I complaint about it, the agent told me what to expect for the car I rented (cheap). I was no planning to rent a car without rims, especially when I was going to a wedding. Upgrade were not available, which I understand. I guess it's time for me to move to other rental company. Sorry I have to go in this way...
