Couple of employees are very rude and pushy they try to up sell even if say your covered been renting there for years time to try new car company next trip 😢

Vehicle even with low millage have some issues with the suspension, maintenance needs to improve
Had areservation for 3 Aug @9:30 PM which I changed for 1100pm due to the countries bad schedule w public transportation. Got there at 9:30PM the employee tells me does not have a car I requested cause I changed reservation to 1100pm, but he had a more expensive car available. Told employee that I will wait till 11pm. 1hr later another employee ask me what am I waiting 4, told him a car and he tells me that the company had plenty cars. I wasted 1 hr waiting 4 a car. This is BAIT N SWITCH
