I am a returning customer and always rent from Charlie
The person who assisted me has no manners to serve customers .
When i arrived several staff were standing around while they saw me struggle carring my bags inside the office (traveling with my 72 year old Mother). I had to wait for their conversation to finish to be attended. The vehicle i received had a heavy smell of smoke, i drove around the block to return the vehicle. The overall price for the rental was increase by $220 dollars and the gentalmen was talking so quick that it was confusing. It was a sad experiences, but In the past they have done better

Charlie does not accept AAA which might have helped me since I rented a car for 3 weeks from BQN.
Flight was delayed and returned the car 2 hours later than time and was charged an extra day.
Everything was exactly as it was advertised, and we were very thankful for the convenience of having a car for a decent rate for the week. I would suggest planning extra time for picking up and returning the car, as lines were VERY long for both in my experience. Overall, very pleased! Just make sure there's a cushion of time built in for the pick up/drop off portion!
Had to wait almost 40 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I've rented plenty of times before and this is the first time it ever happens to me.
They made my experience in Puerto Rico wonderful!
