The service has been very good. We have used them multiple times over the years with little to no issue. They offer free "upgrade" when the vehicle chosen is not available. I wish pricing was slightly lower, but compared a pretty big competitor which screwed us over with almost triple the total cost after the fact only tells how good Charlie has treated us. Just follow some basic rules and you should be fine.
