Everything was good
When we return the vehicle the driver taking us to the airport left us waiting without telling us why and we were late for our flight.
I rent this agency for 3 years never have problem I will continue rent in this agency thank for the service I recommend to anyone.. thank you

Everything was wonderful. However, when they asked if I wanted to prepay for the gas I asked if it would be the same price as getting gas elsewhere. They said yes. When filling my tank elsewhere, I only spent $23 while prepaying at Charlie’s cost me $37. I asked this knowing car rental places probably upcharge which is understandable. However, I would have appreciated honesty in that it is NOT the same price as paying elsewhere for gas so that I could have saved myself 15 bucks. .
I've used Charlie's many times and will continue to do so. Always great service.
