I have always rented my car from Charlie's Car Rental. It has been more than 10 years. I always get good prices and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a problem. I always recommend it to my friends and family.
The only thing that I did not like it was that the tank was not full when I got it. When I rerurned it I filled it up the way it was given to me. But I still had to fill it up. Next time I just have to make sure the employees see it. Everything else was good.
