Our overall rental was great. Getting the car was a slight mess because they had to deliver cars from another location, but thankfully we didn't have any timed activities that were affected. Great car. Good service. Would rent again!
They had to deliver our cars from another location, so that took an extra 30 minutes past our original pick-up time. The gentleman who checked us in was nice. The car was in great condition and the service overall was great! We would rent from Charlie Car again.
I have been renting with Charlie for over 10 years, started at isla verde ....bqn for 5 years and I must say the staff are very friendly an helpful.. I was very pleased with the value..an the car...iplan to go back for a month..the fellow gave me a e-mail to go too...I was very pleased . I think his name (angel)...looking forward ....
