It was a great experience.
Too long waiting for received the car.
Cars smelled bad, found a live COCKROACH in the trunk of car, the employees are RUDE, NASTY, and UNPROFESSIONAL, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this car renral company to my WORTS ENEMY.
Me tuve que quedar sin transporte ya que por error a mi aerolínea se atrasó el vuelo llegue 1 hora más tarde a levantar mi reservación que por cierto ya la tenían cancelada. Gracias a ellos no disfrute mis vacaciones.
Airport pickup was very fast. However, there were long lines when I arrived at the Isla Verde facility. There was also a mix up with the rate upon arrival. I was being charged substantially more money, but didn't notice it thinking it was due to the deposit. Fortunately, the staff that served me upon returning the car noticed the problem and credited my card right away. I am glad that he noticed!
Good service
Overall great experience. The car I rented had no power locks or windows which made it difficult to open doors for everyone. I ended up leaving it open most of the time which was not a good thing. I don't recommend a car rental car company has cars like these as the next best car was only $5 more per day.
Overall, it was a very positive experience. The only drawback was when their shuttle dropped us back off at the airport. Instead of taking us & the other 2 groups of passengers to the USDA luggage check OR our individual airline areas, we were all dropped off in the same spot very early in the walkway. My wife, 8-year old & I had to roll 6 bags plus our carry-ons all the way to USDA, then walk to the counter. Still, my overall experience with Charlie was positive, as the office staff was great
