upon arrival at Aquadilla airport I called the rental office for pick up. The phone rang but nobody answered - I repeated calling for about 20 minutes. No answer and no shuttle van arrived for pickup. I finally asked Allied shuttle driver to give me a lift to Charlie's rental office, where I was told their phone was not working. I was extremely disappointed that my reservation was not considered to have a shuttle look for me if the phone did not work .....
We always rent here. Is the best rental place in PR.
I wished there were more employees working, dropping off car took awhile cause so many people were there.

Charlie Car Rental was the best. I've used them several times and have never been unsatisfied. Highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico. Keep up the great staff and service.!
