Ive been a customer for many years until May 24, 2018. My reservation was cancelled according to the female worker in aguadilla it gets cancelled within an hour of ur pickup time. Was never aware of that since they are aware flights get delayed. Well I ended up renting from Dollar they had cars available and they didnt overbooked like Chsrlies in Aguadilla. You lost a customer and I will no longer referred people to you. Very disappointed.
I go to Puerto Rico, on short notice many times, Charlies Car Rentals has been there for me, even when I land and make last minute reservations. High recommendations.
The guy behind the register in Aguadilla was great at 4am upon my pick up and return.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The employee who helped us was very friendly and answered all questions we had.
Be sure to note all scratched/blemishes on vehicle before leaving yard, they WILL inspect and charge you once you return for any scratches not noted earlier.
