The procedures to pick up the car once the customer checks in need significant improvements. This area of customer service is very weak. As Avis does, the customer service person should tell you the parking space number where the car is parked. I kept asking where is my car and waited 30 minutes for it. It seems the car was moved from the cleaning area to the lot and no one informed me. The person that checked me in went to lunch and the key to my car was sitting on his work station.
