I wait 45min for the airport shuttle
The only clerk (at 5am) received a call from a client from the airport saying her rental car was towed away while she left it unattended for "10 minutes", was in a panic thinking she was going to miss her flight. Quite a story. The clerk handled it very well, while multitasking, but this delayed my check for 20 minutes, good thing I was not in a rush. Need 2 clerks?
Usually I rent vehicles in Enterprise. I have full cover insurance and I only have to paid for the days. No surprise extra charges when I pick the vehicle. In charlie Car Rental they give me a quote and in the day that I have to pick and sign for the car they change everything and add liability when everything it’s included in my private insurance. Also they never check what type of insurance I have. The car was in very poor condition.
